If you were having problems for ZA to load properly on Windows XP try this one, it worked for me!
1 - Unistall ZA following the indications from ZA support: http://www.zonelabs.com/services/support_install_XP.htm
2 - Reboot on Safe Mode
3 - Install ZA from Safe Mode
4 - At the end of the installation when it asks you if you want to start ZA click "No"
5 - Reboot and voila! it works!
