1571, networking XP and w2k computers

how?

i have one machine with XP Pro and one with W2K Pro.

each has 2 NICs

I have 4 port Netgear hub

also am using a Linksys 4 port cablemodem router for my cable connection, both machines can see the internet thru that.

i want to use one NIC in each for TCP/IP only to connect the linksys
i'd like to use the other NIC(s) to connect the pc(s) thru the hub

both of the second NICs have Netbeui installed, and file sharing enabled have named the workgroup on both machines and have enabled shares.

what do i do next?

i had originally tried to use XP's Network wizard, but apparently it can't be used when the other computer is running W2K pro
