As has been stated here many times before, it makes absolutely no sense to refill inkjet cartridges.

See Shelly\'s reply to this question once before and also my reply on a similar topic here for some more info.

Basically, the reason HP replaces the nozzles with each filling is because they wear as ink is forced through them. Worn nozzles equals increased ink flow (consumption), which in turn equals poor print quality and higher ink costs (more frequent ink exhaustion). In addition, the worn nozzles can allow ink leakage, which will damage the printer. For a gross example of the wearing effect of flowing liquids, just think of the Grand Canyon... :)

The ink quality is not likely to be anywhere near OEM quality, meaning that it will likely either dry out in the tanks and nozzles, or else smear on the paper (drying too slowly). Ink drying in the nozzles leads to additional ink usage in the cleaning process as well, which is great for the folks selling the refill ink -- they get to sell you that much more!
