I agree with Dave, between the high spin up time and the high ultra DMA errors it's certain that your hard drive has problems. There is nothing that will make the drive get better, it will only get worse. How quickly it will get worse is hard to say.

If I was working on it I would get a new drive and try to clone the old drive to the new. If that was successful, everything would be the same on the new drive. All your partitions, settings, programs and data would all be the same.

Bobbo I know that you make images for backup, but do you make an image of the whole drive, or just individual partitions? I think you use Acronis, it probably has an option to clone the entire drive to another drive.
