I am at a bit of a disadvantage at the moment and don't have access to another computer to test the card. I will assume the card may be all right because I tried another known good card and it acted the same way. I know the computer will not even try to boot unless those cables are plugged into the video card. Both cards require two cables with 6 pin plugs. I am getting video on a low power video card in the same slot so I took a chance and ordered another power supply. It has to be that or the motherboard and I'm betting on the power supply. I will open the old power supply and inspect the internal components just in case there is some physical damage to see. I didn't hear much of a sound when it went dark and that could have been my speakers. I am getting no voltage reading from the ground pins to the three +12V pins on both cables. I would assume I should have 12V between ground and +12V.
