OS = Windows 10 Pro
I have Norton Securities installed.

With the control panel I uninstalled the program.
The Norton Utilities icon on the desktop is gone.
But the program is still working.

Is their any program that will uninstall Norton Securities?

I haven't used it for Norton, but the free Revo has removed everything I've needed removed, https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

After removal, Revo provides the ability to remove all leftovers.

You may (probably will) need to re-install Norton, and then run Revo Uninstaller to remove it entirely.

The "Norton Remove and Reinstall" tool does a good job of removing all Norton files and folders. I have used the tool and Revo, both do a great job.

Thank you all for your replies
I downloaded the Norton removal tool.
Reinstalled Norton Utilities
Rebooted

Then I ran the Norton Removal tool.
Norton was gone.
