I use all of those but they never find anything more than a tracking cookie once in awhile. If I were to eliminate any of them it would be Malwarebytes and Spyware Blaster. I'd keep SuperAntiSpyware as it's paid for with lifetime updates. Personally, I'm happy with Windows Defender - others probably have a different opinion .

But, beyond that, I don't understand your question . I never have to "check in" once logged in to the Forum or elsewhere.

I just saw your edit - I suspect that any login issue is not caused by any of your "anti" programs but by CCleaner. For logins, make sure your browser is set to accept cookies, and not empty them when you close your browser, and then check CCleaner to make sure that you allow specific cookies to be saved when you run CCleaner. Or, just allow cookies without cleaning them - any tracking cookies that get in will be caught when you run Malwarebytes.
