Maybe physically look at (& you'd have to "translate" the directory location to what works for you) places like:
E:\Documents and Settings\digiti\Desktop
&
E:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop
& see if one of those locations doesn't hold this icon, & then if you check its' Properties... ?
