I am having a hard time finding what it is called, that open attachment box in your link is not it. It used to open when I would download a .pdf or program in my browser. You could select download or open and there is a checkbox to always select this function. That is what I did selected always open. Apparently there is no way to go back because the box no longer appears. I did a system restore and that did not correct it. They should have a warning on that check box (select at your own peril). x(
