i tried to look for a medical forum on the net, but it is so hard to find one. i hate to ask this question here for the obvious reason.
my question: i dislocated my shoulder at least 5 times now, everytime it would pop back by itself, or my friend pop it back. well anyway, i was wondering if my shoulder would get more and more mess up for everytime it dislocate. if nobody knows the answer, does anybody know any medical forum website?
