I wasn't clear on the part of "big mistake" when I said that "they said that you can't simply uninstall ZA" This was my service provider saying this on my second call after I did the simple uninstall of ZA. I called back saying that my internet connection still didn't work and then (a different guy at my tech support) said you have to go to ZA's web page and do the complete 4 page uninstall.
It didn't work either.
