Here is what I did and it worked.
1.) Uninstall from Administator
2.) Do a COMPLETE uninstall DO NOT chose automatic. By chosing manual you are able to remove the previous settings and registery settings. Automatic keeps them there.
3.) Reinstall with the lastest version
4.) Give the permissions one more time
5.) It should now work fine.
