Posted by dmx11523, Sat Dec-15-01 01:44 AM
I got a bunch of short clips of me and friends screwin around and
doing all kinds of sh*t...and i layed a few tracks of music over it
and it basically sounds and looks awsome but i have one problem
in the end after all my work i have it done and it's size is 774mb
all i want to be able to do is put it on cd rom and give a copy to all the people that where in the clips (mostly girls i know and us at partys and clubbin and whatnot) what would u suggest i do to get this thing on a cd............or am i just outta luck..?......i have a file splitter program that i guess i could use.....by the way i have it right now in .avi format and also a differnet vid but same kinda idea that is in mpeg but that one is longer and even bigger........

and so know one gets there panties in a bunch . nothing is copyrighted. it's all my home made material..........

I've never used it for making a video, but you might check into DivX at www.divx.com. It's free, which is always a big plus in my book. :)

Hi,
I dont know good they are but CDR are available up to 800Mb/90-minute capacity. There are also said to 99 minute CDR available.
I am assuming you are in the US so dont have any recommendations as to where to look.(in the UK try DABS or Overclockers UK).
