Which is worthless as you will do it next week and the week after and apologize again and be proclaimed a *class act gentleman* by a moderator taking part in the same postings. As long as a couple mods act the same, it is impossible to ban unless they are too, which will never happen. Engaging the brain before pressing the post button is what is needed.
