Yeah, well, over here, they don't change the clocks. They're always on 'real' time. And get this, China being as big as it is, and btw, it's a wee bit smaller than the U.S., they don't have time zones.
I was working in the western part of the country last year, in the winter, and I thought there was something strange. It didn't get light out until about 9:A. Then, got back over the eastern part and it was back to normal. And, whenever they announce the time, they say Bei Jing time is... What a crock!! No need to say that if everybody's on the same time, ya know?
They are *not* with the program over here. At All!! :7
I was working the 'holiday', (carnival cruises) out of L.A. years ago, we would go as far down as Puerto Vallarta. Anyway, since their time was different, we would have to change the clocks. And working on the ship, every week was good and bad. Nice to gain, but not so nice to lose.
