Thanks for your good luck especially the Health one. I have really
been through my share of that. The latest incident I never got into
Here. My tenant who lives in the bottom half of my House is a very
long time friend and been there for 20 years. During the deepest and darkest days I was unable to keep up with all the Taxes, utilities, food and you name it. My house at one time had 4 units and I lived in one.
He is a funeral Director and had a very good job years back and went into work and for no reason was told he was fired and asked to leave on the spot. In Pa you have Zero protection from such things and he was stuck with a Mortgage payment, car payment and all the rest. I decided he should Sell his House. I had to ask 3 tenants to leave so I could renovate and made 4 appts into 2 nice big ones because he had lots of really nice furniture and Lots of things typical of any home owner.
I gave him $3000 to pay off his car and invited him into my home at a very low rent with all utilities included. He went through 3 or four menial jobs that nowhere came close to his experience and abilities.
After a few years and many jobs he finally landed a very good paying job with another funeral home in Washington Pa (Niels). With help from me and a number of jobs he was finally back in business and ended up making a lot more money that me. At one time I made a shit load of cash and made 4000.00 credit card payments not blinking any eye.
The bad timing, getting ripped off for 6000 grand, the economic crash, and many expensive improvements in my home I was thrown into poverty literally Over night.
The Tables turned and He became MY savior. I stopped charging him rent and He completely and totally took care of all the house expenses, bought and cooked all the food and said "Don't worry about the House just worry about getting your business back on its feet".
He is a very very good person and made good on all of it and saved me from loosing MY home.
I was so blown away and walked around in a daze of worry and depression and He took care of me in any way he could including medicine I really needed.

THIS IS A PERFECT example of how The Concept of "Give and Take" works.

My credit cards maxed out (about 7 of of them) where all maxed out plus 10 grand in past due Invoices I was deeply in debt and very little Business especially the clothing end. I also started to drink again after over 20 years of being sober. I was a wreck. If It was not for me being so thick headed, always refusing to ever quit or give up and the help of my friend I would be living in a Cave.

He has now retired and has a beautiful place to live helps me out a great deal but nothing like a few years ago allowed me to develop and organize a strange new business that just happened with out any intervention by me. I built a Computer repair business that is now becoming so successful I can hardly see straight I made arrangements with all the banks got the payments lowered and starting climbing the mountain of getting back in business. I have almost 50% of it payed off and continue to buy inventory although am unable to get the many thousands of 30-90 days credit from any of them and need Cash to buy inventory.
It is still very hard. Working on 4-6 computers a day 7 days a week and over 12 hours a day is the hardest work ever in my life. I am coming BACK now Getting Healthy, not drinking for 3 yrs, and paying everything on time. Now becoming able to save my own ass again. What a Life?

My friend was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and the day before yesterday He fell and slipped on Ice that was not seen and totally
crushed all the bones in his ankle needing pins, plates surgury and now on crutches and in very sever pain. They took him away in an ambulance and As I was leaving to get to work I forgot about the ICE and My feet went up and my already bad back slammed on the corner of my concrete steps RIGHT IN THE Center of my Spine. Talk about More Pain. Thankfully It was only a very bad bruise and no breakages.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? 2013 has been one disaster after another. 2 car accidents, lateral pelvic tilt and now a VERY sore Spine from the new fall on the ICE. It is healing very quickly and me hitting the conversion table, helping the tilt tremendously I feel great now in spite of all this. Working all the while never missing a beat. I have a lot of people to support and serve and am trapped in my Store for 80% of my life and grateful as hell I am. I get stronger and better every day, got a great new car and everything is falling back into place.
I am a Survivor and have many odd beliefs and have had many strange experiences. I know a higher power is looking over me and protecting me and Their names are MICHAEL, Gabriel, St Anthony, Jesus and of course "The Citizens". I pray in tongues sometimes and talk to all of them as if they where sitting right next to me and with no doubt Protecting me and informing me of future things that will begin to occur with in the next 5-10 years.

I am sharing all of it with you people here in hopes you listen and make plans to survive as I did.

Something about it gives me comfort. I have been seeing it lately in your posts to me. I am thinking it's some kind of Hebrew Blessing or wish.
