Very interesting story about some woman selling pets over the internet. (No, THAT is not the scam.)

Someone contacted her for a pet, a rare dog breed, and paid with a form of money order, several hundred dollars over what the dog cost, so she would have had to send back a large amount of "change."

She took the thing to her bank (smelling a rat) and THEY would have cashed it. Of course the money order was a fake.

I changed my email address last October, I still haven't received one spam since then... some of us are lucky I guess? (or unlucky - I seem to be missing out on millions here.) :+

Yeah I win the lottery a few times per week and also get SPECIAL deals on viagra, vacation trips, and all kinds of SPECIAL offers that are only offer to me exclusively!! I should ACT NOW on this stuff before its too late. I could also win cars, boats and all kinds of other stuff if I just reply to these emails....well of course In order to claim my prizes I have to make some 1-900 number phone calls to find out where I need to send a blank, signed, personal check in order to register for my return packages that will be sent out to me in the mail right away that will let me know where to claim my prizes! Of course the packages could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks and of course the vendors are not responsible if the packages are lost in the mail. Im A WINNER!!!
