51361, A note fromTuffie's son
Posted by sophie tucker, Sat Jan-03-04 09:50 PM
this is a note i received from Tuffie's son:

"Please feel free to mention my new arrival at BBF on PCQandA as well. (to anyone you think would like to know that is) I'm still just learning to navigate this site, but I hope to say Hi to my Dad's friends whereever they may be. My Daughter's machine will be crunching soon too, so we are getting rolling now!
Warmest Regards, Bob"

Thanks All, I am learning the ropes and differences between forums, etc. Its all pretty new to me, but I will make all the connections as time permits. I'm so glad to be meeting the folks who were so special to my Dad. I will start to learn to navigate this site immediately. Best Wishes, and Talk to you all again soon, Bob (Jr.)

Glad to see you were able to stop by, and I hope you get an opportunity to stick around. I hope your daughter is getting some good use out of that machine, it was definitely a labor of love.

If you ever have any specific questions about the machine, let me know.

By the way, In my welcome thread at BBF I have posted one of my favorite pix of Dad. If any of you who are familliar with both sites, would create a link to that pic, I would be pleased to share it with all his friends over here too. I'm a little shaky with that type of thing just now, or I would post one for you here. There are a few other pix etc. over there too, and if anyone thinks folks over here would like access to them, and would be so kind as to post the right link in the right location, it would certainly be fine with me, so long as that doesn't create some breach of protocol or such that I am unaware of. 2nd and 3rd generation crunchers, yes?

What a fitting tribute to a fine man.

Welcome.
