"Steve Yandl: ? about addylist file"

Hi Steve, Is there a way to print labels with first names first and last names last?
I want the label to read:"Russ and Marie Jones", Instead of "Jones, Russ and Marie"
This for Christmas cards of course. Thank you, Jack Major

Jack,

You're not looking far enough down in the list of fields that you can insert. "Salutation(full names)" is exactly what you want and "Saluation(first names)" is what you might use inside a form letter. The last name first entry is just what I used to index the entries in a way that you could look someone up; I doubt anybody would use that field in a merge.
