"computer specs"

how do i find out what the spec of my computer is. see, i bought a Presario 1200 series compaq laptop about 2 years ago. i was wondering how i can find out the specs for this particular laptop, such as what video card i'm using. i tried searching in their website, but it's so hard to find. should it be listed in their website? would i just need to search harder?
thanks

Hi, I've found a little program called Belarc Advisor very useful, it gives you lots of info about your system and programs.
