"Something in my juno e-mail has gone crazy"

:'( Hello folks,
I have this problem with my e-mail in Juno thats about to drive me up a wall, and was hoping that someone could shed some light on my problem. About a week ago, I downloaded the newest version of juno and nothing has been the same since.I can get into juno and I can access my e-mail but the first time I click on a link or go to a place off of juno to check out something that someone sent me, I cannot get back to my e-mail page. It will not return, there is no go back arrows or anything. if I click on the X in the Upper right corner it takes me completely out of juno and I start from scratch at my desktop. if I go to my task bar to close the window that im in or if i go to the eye inthe upper left corner and access the email page, its fine until I leave juno and Then I get a message that juno has performed an illeagle function and I must reboot before I proceed. I've run scan disc, win doctor, disc doctor, virus scan, speed disc,defrag...and registry check. nothing seems to show up as a problem. I've notified juno support and all that they send me is the statement that my problem is "other technical difficulties". So any help that anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Charlie

I have a hunch that the new version of Juno is conflicting with the old version it was installed on top of.

Lets start by uninstalling the new version, if that's possible. See if the problem goes away, and if does, then decide if the new version is really worth it.

If it's really worth it, then unistall the old version of Juno. After it's all gone, then install the new version. Hopefully it'll work correctly this time.

Hello every one,
Shelly and JP... I wanted to thank you once again for the advice and
the nudge in the right direction. I uninstalled my 5.0 Juno program
and reinstalled my juno 4.0 and Lo and Behold it works again just like it used to. I was wary about uninstalling anything because I did that when I lost all sense and uninstalled a driver once because my screen resolution went haywire on me. The problem then was I didnt have another to reinstall in its place and it took me almost a month to get it back in shape again. So this time I just Closed my eyes, held my nose and dove in. it was worth it. Thank you all for your help. It feels good to know that there are others in the world that will help you when you just cant find the answer on your own. I hope one day that I can return the favor. you all take care now...
Charlie
