I am having a really weird (and annoying) problem with Windows XP Professional. Every game I run always minimizes (like I clicked on the Minimize button in the top-right corner). This especially affects FIFA 2002. It does this in three locations: when the game is loading up (right before the Copyright screen comes up); when a match is loading (loading bar at the bottom, shows some keyboard buttons); and when a match finished and is returning to the main menu.
I formatted my drive and re installed Windows XP Professional but after a few hours, the problem arose again. Please help. I have gone to Windows Update and got every update, updated my sound and video and every thing but I cant fix the problem.
Can someone help me?

Did you have this problem before you went to XP? Try running that game (I have no idea what FIFA 2002 is) in "Windows 98 Compatible" mode. Not all games are going to work correctly in XP, remember that it's basically a prettied up version of Windows 2000. The few games I've installed in XP Pro have all worked OK, but even MS says that not all older games will work properly (And no doubt some newer ones won't either).
