"winxp file preview"

does anybody know how to display the file preview in winxp? for example, if you single click on a file, it would display to left(in the same window) the file's name, the size, and a preview of the file itself. it does it on my win2000, but not winxp. i think it is just an option somewhere i can click to turn it on, but where???
thanks.

Probably you are referring to the Web View used on Windows 2000, that option is not available on Windows XP anymore, but there are some other ways of previewing files depending on the type of file, as you can customize folders, what kind of file do you want to preview?
