Ive recently installed a programme, and when I try to open it my screen always freezes, my son has the same one and it runs perfectly,Ive included a screenshot of the error, any advice on how to resolve the problem would be appreciated.....thanks

I wouldn't open it in either.
I create a folder named Downloads on C:\ to put downloads in. Then I create a new subfolder in that folder (C:\Downloads) for each file I download. In this instance you'd need to create a new subfolder in Downloads named ASPI to direct the ASPI file to when you download it. The path would be C:\Downloads\ASPI. This keeps your downloads organized where they can be found again if needed and has other advantages. ALways close windows programs running in the background before opening (installing) a download, especially an AntiVirus program.
