A little while back I posted about a funky scam charge to our credit card that happened on the same day as a purchase I made at Crucial. The Crucial security folks contacted us the very day I notified them of a possible problem. We've exchanged email and phone calls numerous times since then. I've also placed more orders after and have had no troubles. The same guy, Dave, just called to fill me in on issues we'd discussed on previous exchanges. The thorough and continuong investigation impresses the begeebers out of me. They're checking everything. That's why I'm totally loyal to them...excellent customer service and satisfaction. Way to go Crucial!!!!!
I had a one month old stick of Crucial DDR that went bad, I called them up and after explaining the situation they immediately sent out a replacement - I had it in my hands the very next day!
