"Hostile HP PC"

All of my previous posts were related to a relatively new HP PC. It has the Nutmeg MB. When I first tried to do the install of Win10 the boot was looking for a USB drive, then it searched for an ipv4 then ipv6 location.
To change the BIOS to look at the CD drive took over 10 steps and you best follow the HP web page. You have to press function keys of different numbers, get into a Red screen, enter a displayed code, select the SATA Drive etc, etc.

What happened to F2 and change the Boot order?

Just a point of information, the PC in question is a 450-A114 model.

Regards,

Dan K
