"Just re-installed Win 10. Where is option to single-click icons?"

Used to be folder options in Control Panel, but do not see it in mine. How dow I get to single click on desktop icons?

Click on This PC icon on the desktop....Then click View...Then Options from that menu at very right-hand side....Then change folders and search options....You will now see the single and double-click options.
