"Kaspersky Lab working with Russian Intellegence!"

Kaspersky Lab has been working with Russian intelligence. Internal e-mails from Kaspersky, one of the biggest cybersecurity companies in the world, show its ties to Russian intelligence services go deeper than previously disclosed. Kaspersky’s work with Russian intelligence could scare off business in Western Europe and the U.S., where Russian cyber operations have grown increasingly aggressive, including attempts to influence elections.

I've always wondered about that. What better way to infiltrate Corporate computers than to start a " Sleeper " AV company. One reason I've never trusted Kasperky or other Eastern European AV companies.

If you dip the cable in some vodka, that should clear right up. If it doesn't, drink the vodka and you won't care about the problem anymore.

I have also avoided Kaspersky for the same reasons. Any Russian company must cooperate with the government to survive long.

It is getting to the point where a person must be suspicious of every company on the web. They are all working some kind of angle to make a few extra bucks. Any info that they collect from you is worth money to some one. And most companies are not bashful about selling it.
