"Smilebox question"

Thought I'd try free version of Smilebox to make printable greeting cards. W10 Pro, working fine. Avast free AV, Malwarebytes realtime.
Installed Smilebox, but when I try to open, I get the following message:
This app has been blocked by your system administrator. Contact your system administrator for more details.

I'm the only user, and W10 is licensed. What' up?

Thanks, I'll look at that, but I'm not using Windows defender.

Windows Defender is part of Windows 10. It may still have some functions that your antivirus does not supersede.

In Smilebox properties>Compatibility, I checked run as administrator. This allowed it to start to open, at which point, Avast AV, flagged it as containing
FileRepMalware
preventing it from fully opening. Is this a false positive?

It may be a false positive but you will have to research that. I use Ashamoo burning software and have for years. ESET always flags the installers because they have software that sends you advertisement and upgrade notices. I know that is a false positive, I have never had problems as a result.
