"Strange Problem Installing MS Office"

I'm trying to install MS Office 2007 on Windows 10 Pro. The installation files were used to successfully install the program on several Windows 10 computers. On a Dell Optiplex 755 I get the following message:
"Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available. Run Setup again from the origianal source disc or download location." I've tried installing using Administrator mode. There definitely is no corrupted or missing file in the installation folder. Can anyone think of a way I can figure out what the computer wants?
