"Windows explorer uncontrollably scrolls and cannot be stopped"
Wed Mar-21-18 07:15 PM by Digiti 123

I have just noticed this bizarre behavior on my Win 7 AMD quad core 8gig memory system. It also does the same thing in my email program, antivirus program and mouse properties. I rebooted but it still persists.Any ideas welcome. Thanks

I moved the mouse to a different USB port and it seems to be OK now..Thanks for your help but none of the choices in mouse properties ease of use settings were checked to start with.

Try returning your mouse to its original USB port. I expect it will continue to work properly with no uncontrollable scrolling.
