"User account control"

Since 1803 every app I click on asks me whether I want to allow that app to make changes to my device. I looked under user accounts but found nothing as to how to turn the darned thing off. Does anyone know how? I have to reply Yes to everything anyway otherwise it won't allow it to run.

You was in the right location...Once in User Accounts select the last item that says "Change The Account Control Settings" and slide bar all the way to the bottom.

I don't have a "Change your account settings". Am I in the wrong place?
