"Windows 10 Pro"

I going to do a clean install using a new Windows 10 Pro full USB drive.

When I do the install I don't want any Cloud Drives on my C Drive.
Is this possible?

I had trouble with my bios. My computer would not boot up. My Bios settings (boot settings) keep changing the bios wanted to boot to someplace else and not my c: drive.
I change the bios battery that did not help.
I think I have that problem stable.
I had to use an old USB drive to install windows pro and now I have the cloud.

My problem is that I have programs that work and with some of these programs I can't find the data files.

Example TurboTax 2018:
Works fine but I can't find the data files.
I used to be able to find the data file on my old Turbo Tax programs.

Cloud storage is basically a backup plan. Personally I don't like it. I do not believe in your circumstances that cloud storage can take data off of your computer. It is possible that defaults could change with programs and cloud storage would be the default location for new data. If you can not find your data (it should still be there) you need to explore the default locations for the programs you have used and search for it. You could have made a mistake and eliminated it but if you did your installation specifying that programs and data should be preserved, it should still be there. If that is the case start searching for any cloud backups that may exist. This may help understand the cloud system a little better but will probably reinforce your dislike or mistrust of it. I hope you had redundant backups or images before you did this. https://computer.howstuffworks.com/cloud-computing/cloud-storage3.htm

Here is an update on what I've done.
I formatted my drive C
Removed all other hard drives from my motherboard.
Did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro.
When asked do I wish to use the cloud I clicked no.
Windows 10 Pro installed OK
Looked at my bios it looked like the original bios.
Now all I doing is installing my old programs.
Thank You for your replies.
