"Uninstall Windows 7"

I have a dual boot system with Windows 10 and Windows 7. What's the safest way to uninstall windows 7 and end the dual boot?

Isn't there control of the boot loader? It's been ages since I did any dual boot. It should pretty easy after that. (BCDEdit.exe) maybe?

I haven't used dual boot in ages also. The dual boot has been on this machine for ages and I've been too lazy to delete the Win7. Of course, now that I want to do it I've forgotten how. Think I might make a Windows 10 image and then just do a clean install of Windows 10. Computer probably needs good cleaning anyhow. Thanks for your response.
