anyone knows the settings so I don't block PC911?

Ok...here is what you must do.
Open Firewall...on the left side under "Internet Zone Control",
click on "Add"....Specify Computers...mark 'Individually'...type in the space available the following - http://www.pcnineoneone.com...click 'ok'...
then just ok or close out of Firewall.

I did that, even tried with the IP number, but some posts go thorugh, others not, I'm back on XP firewall. Also some pages from overseas news do not show but as I disable Norton Firewall they load.

I don't know what to say...I have cable and WinME...maybe it is the XP.
My Firewall is v 30.2.84

Is that the same as Options/ Internet Security/General/Advanced Options, where you can add a site and then the Privacy tab to determine what gets through?

If you set Norton Firewall with certain sites that are 'allowed', then in IE you must do the same thing.
