hi,
i jave a problem with my cd-rom. As soon as a push the button to open it and after its drawer gets out, it starts to go back in again by itselft (it is supposed to stay calm till i put the cd then i push the button so it starts to go back, right).
this problem started to happen about a week ago...
my pc is 300mh celeron with 128mb running win98se
my cd-rom is Acer 40x..

That's a mechanical problem with the drive switches. With the price of CD drives now, it's probably best to upgrade to a new drive.
