"Milosevic is dead"
Sat Mar-11-06 07:00 PM by _Chewy_

Just heard on CNN channel that Milosevic was found dead in his jail cell. Here's a link.

Some are suspecting poisoning. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if that was the case.

He was in poor health and probably just died. All the court could have done is sentence him to spend the rest of his life in jail, and that has happened.

Long tradition "found dead in cell", too bad his death will do nothing to solve the problem they continue to have.

Today's Tennessean says it was a heart atack.

Interesting how an autopsy can take two days, or two months, depending on someone's priorities.

There is a God after all.

Guns don't kill people. Husbands who come home early kill people.

Quote:
An expert who found traces of drugs in Slobodan Milosevic's blood before his death says they may have neutralised treatment for his heart conditions.....
.......Mr Uges said he tested Mr Milosevic's blood two weeks ago at the tribunal's request because his blood pressure was not falling.
Mr Uges said rifampicin, a powerful antibiotic used to treat leprosy or tuberculosis, was found.
Rifampicin would neutralise the effects of heart drugs, he said.
Mr Uges added that he believed Mr Milosevic took the drugs himself to try to prove his medical care in The Netherlands was inadequate and secure a "one-way ticket to Moscow".
