"Frosty pics"

Well, it was about 5 degrees F this morning, and foggy to start with, so after I got morning chores done I took some pictures. Old camera, not a photographer. Mainly want to see if this "free" web host works at all.

I made the big ones fairly small for easier viewing on dialup.

I enjoy seeing frosts like that, everything looks so magical. I also enjoy seeing the snow sculptures when the wind has created the drifts.

Almost, sort of, in the general center of the US, not anywhere near any major towns. All pictures were taken on and only show property I own.

The pictures don't quite do that justice. When the sun came out of the clouds, everything everywhere was kind of sparkly while walking. A few times in the winter it gets a coating of ice on everything about an inch or so thick sometimes, that's kind of neat too. These crystals are more rare. They were gone within 30 minutes of taking the pictures. At least no 40mph wind gusts that day.
