Was a long time in coming. My dad was there then and they spent 40 days on alert and in the dark.

11 months of hell these guys went through.

Not sure they'll be able to. Only time will tell. Families may just have to be happy with judgement.

In cases like that it is known that a lot of the time the bulk of the settlement usually goes to the law firms that handled the cases, that's if any settlement is paid out and if their is anything left over to give to the plaintiffs.

I also agree with the fact that the knowledge of just the judgment will mean a great deal to the plaintiff and their families.
