The Morgan Motor Company is proudly independent (even Ferrari is owned by Fiat, every sports car company seems to be a subsidiary of a larger manufacturer these days). I have a friend who has one, albeit an old one! It is said that many people who order Morgans are speculators who, when the delivery date gets near, sell the order at a premium. I doubt if they would get away with that now, but Morgan is such a national treasure that I really hope, and trust that they will survive. Cheers, Richard.
