No he doesn't.

But, for anyone who might care, here's your link corrected: https://www.yahoo.com/news/anthony-bourdain-slams-privileged-liberals-for-utter-contempt-of-working-class-151215285.html

The Forum script's Link link can't handle secure links. Just paste the URL in the body of the post next time.

"There are a hell of a lot of nice people out there, who are doing what everyone else in this world is trying to do: the best they can to get by and take care of themselves and the people they love. When we deny them their basic humanity and legitimacy of their views, however different they may be than ours, when we mock them at every turn and treat them with contempt, we do no one any good."

Bullshit! Nice "god fearing" people aren't supposed to disregard fear mongering, racism, religious bigotry, misogyny, larceny, avarice, hedonism, ego-mania, braggadocio, bullying, voyeurism and sexual assault when they pick a leader. If this is the way they choose to get by and take care of themselves and the ones they love (a fine example to set for their children), your Jesus probably would disapprove. He may even get into raising holy hell and turning over tables and clearing out the building and stuff. He's been reported to have done that sort of thing when confronted with this kind of hypocrisy.

Happy New Year!

Why are cooks suddenly the font of all wisdom? It seems to be a worldwide phenomenon.

I feel the same about celebrities when they make statements.

I do too - bit only when their statements aren't at odds with my decorous liberal world view.
