"Spending Christmas in Va."

We get out of school this Friday the 22nd for the Christmas break, so my husband and I are leaving that evening to drive up to spend Christmas in Va at our son's place and spend time with him and his family. He will be retiring from the Navy in the spring after 20 years of service. We are very proud of him.

Thank him for his service from an old Destroyer sailor. If he is anywhere near Norfolk, you will be just down the road from us, we are in Newport News.

Thank you Grey Falcon, I certainly will tell him. He is stationed in Norfolk on board the destroyer USS Jason Dunham.

Please also thank him from this aging Korean war veteran!
