just signed up here and just wanted to say hello, I'm fairly new to all this, I was "lurking" at PC911 for the past 6 months so I feel like I know most of the people here even if you don't know me - with the exception of Paul D perhaps

Hello vera, glad to be here, I especially like the Off Topic forum so everyone can have a bit of fun without getting in the way of the "serious" business of helping people with computer problems.
great to see you and the other moderators and regulars making it here from PC911, with all your combined knowledge and experience this will be - actually, already is, the Number 1 place to go for computer help.
