Thats very interesting Sophie,I wonder how they stack up against Australias Telstra.Its a Virtual monopoly in some parts of the country.There service is expensive the operators are rude (or machines)theyve never heard of the two minute hold rule for helpdesk.
Sorry its one of my pet peeves,i can wax poetic running down our nations telecommunication provider.

Yeah I got stuck with telstra again as I'm working in a town with no other provider,I paid 144 bucks last monthfor a single mobile phone bill I'm sure glad work picks up 70% of the bill.
