I am using the eSATA connection on the front of my case (the computer I built last fall). I didn't need it for anything else, so didn't need the eSATA add-on bracket.

So far, so good. I can access it from my little home network from two other computers (and the one it's connected to).

I may get rid of the external HD that I purchased a year or so ago, and get another Antec enclosure (get rid of as in giving it away). I am always wondering if the older external HD will burn up due to no internal cooling.
