So, it's legit; and, wait and see how it affects the various MS apps, etc. I don't expect much happening with my MS account.

Look at the links that the poster on the other forum provided. This is a notification for people who have accounts for various Microsoft services.

Thanks. I also got an email similar to this and for ME it is indeed a scam. I have NO accts w/ Microsoft that warrant any payment or signature :)
