I've been exclusively using Gmail for as long as I can remember, pretty much from their start. I've always been happy with the pretty thorough job they've been doing regarding spam filtering. However, in the last week or so, I find I am getting dozens of bullshit spam email hitting me every day that aren't being filtered. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I haven't received any Gmail spam although I don't use it for much.

What Gmail I do get is set to automatically forward to my regular Outlook mail account.

I use Outlook myself, and I forward a number of Gmail accounts to a common Inbox. I'm just wondering why I'm suddenly seeing dozens of obvious spam emails each day, when I received effectively zero for the last decade or more. It reminds me of an old Hotmail account that I once had.
