I'm ready to update my H370 HD3 mobo th the latest BIOS, but I notice, in Q Flash, there is an option of "Fast" or "Intact". Does this really matter? Searching indicates that Intact, updates Intel ME, and fast does not. ME is "Intel Management Engine". Info on this is sparse. I already did "fast", but am wondering if there would be any true advantage to reflash with the Intact option.

There isn't much detailed info on what the Intel Management Engine really does. Intel is very secretive about it, probably for security reasons. That said, I think you should apply the updates for it. I don't know if you will run into any problems by trying to reflash the same update plus the ME update.
