Sorry, I can't help beyond what I found with Google Search.

I have never used, or even seen, Word 365. I'm still using Word 2003. Hey, it's only 20 years!

Maybe someone else on the forum will come along with answers/suggestions though we haven't had much activity for quite some time now.

I'd recommend you Google for 365 forums or MS 365 help/support groups. I would think the problems you're having can be fixed if you can find someone knowledgeable.
