"WinXP & Partition Magic 6"

I have a WinMe system, I would like to try Win Xp. Can I use PM6 to create a dual boot? I know that PM6 does not suport ntfs for WinXP, but if i keep everything to FAT32 will I be OK. Also can I then resize my XP parttiton etc?
I suppose the other questionsare : Is XP worth it, and isntfs better then fat32?
Thanks

You do not need MP6, you can just use the ntloader that comes with XP, unless you are dual booting with a NON MS OS.

If you have a empty partition, all you need to do is a clean install and select in the advance area, "Allow to tell where to install" and select the empty partition.
